# Establishment

### The Beginning

NexCloud was founded on **28 January 2026** with a simple goal to build reliable, affordable, and customer-focused hosting infrastructure for developers and communities.

What started as a small hosting initiative has grown into a platform focused on providing reliable infrastructure, modern management tools, and accessible hosting solutions.
