NexCloud Managed Lavalink servers are controlled through a dedicated web panel. Customers do not receive file manager, SFTP, console, or server-side file access.
The control panel is the primary interface for managing your Lavalink service.

Opening the Panel

Your Lavalink panel URL is provided in your server description by NexCloud staff. It normally follows this format
For example
Open the URL in your browser to access the Lavalink Control Panel.

Dashboard

After opening the panel, you will see the Lavalink dashboard. The dashboard provides basic information about your instance, including:
  • Players — Current connected players.
  • Playing — Players currently playing audio.
  • Sources — Available audio sources configured for your instance.
  • Online Status — Current availability of the Lavalink service.
This information is provided for monitoring your Lavalink instance. The control panel includes a password management option.
  • Open your Lavalink Control Panel.
  • Find Change Lavalink Password.
  • Enter your new password.
  • Confirm the password.
  • Click Save Password.
  • Update the password in your Discord bot’s Lavalink configuration.
After changing the password, existing applications using the previous password may no longer be able to connect. To connect your Discord bot to the managed Lavalink server, use the connection information provided by NexCloud. You will generally need:
  • Host / IP
  • Port
  • Password
Enter these details in your bot’s Lavalink configuration according to the Lavalink client/library you are using. The control panel itself is not used to connect your Discord bot. It is used to monitor and manage the Lavalink service.

What You Cannot Access

Managed Lavalink customers do not have direct access to the underlying server. The following are not available:
  • Lavalink configuration files
  • Docker configuration
  • System-level settings
  • Server-side plugin/file management
This is intentional because the Lavalink environment is managed by NexCloud.

Need a Configuration Change ?

If you need something that cannot be changed from the control panel, contact NexCloud Support. NexCloud staff can review the request and make supported server-side changes where applicable.
Important: Do not attempt to access or modify the underlying Lavalink server. Managed Lavalink instances are maintained by NexCloud.
